today was a erm, pissifying day.
our FAVOURITE form teacher got angry again, like blah :/
all because we didn't really feel up to doing this newspaper scrapbook thing, its some sort of competition that the teachers want us to participate. we're supposed to do like 10 jianbaos (but you can choose to draw comic or write poem instead of writing your feelings) and decorate them nicely in a scrapbook. and its not like we outrightly refused, if there were other alternatives like doing in groups or something we'll be okay. like normally we only do 3 jianbaos a term and now we have to do 10 in a month and a half?
then you could tell that he was getting more and more pissed then he started talking about how low the standard of chinese is in our school and how the people in our school don't make a conducive studying environment, how we nowadays are so bochup and don't take chinese seriously. then for some reason he was saying that our class's language skills are like damn poor and all we know is to do math (???????!!) all day long, and that we only know how to memorise things?
then he was writing this o level topic on our board , something about kids taking their parents to court. and then suddenly he called val and was like making her say a 5 minute speech on this topic?
okay. that. was. damn. mean.
he can scold us all he wants but what right does he have to single people out? making them humiliated by forcing them to say speeches without any preparation time, and when they couldnt say it out he asked her a lot a lot of questions and was really really mean. i don't see any purpose of his doing so , okay maybe i can accept that he thinks we have low language standards but forcing people to answer topics like that, its just plain bullying. snape the second. PHBBT. then afterwards for some reason he decided to call me instead and i talked some crap, then he was like see la, see, this is how the students are like. beating about the bush because they don't know anything about current affairs etc etc. and this thing was like how many gazillion years ago?
its freaking NOT RIGHT for a teacher to pick on his own students , he's the bigger and the more powerful and students are obviously compelled to listen to him, but just because of a small matter he chooses to blow it up. he's mean through and through and he's totally venting out his anger and frustration with the chinese standards on us? can't he see we are really trying? outside of the classroom he acts nice and jokes and laughs with everyone but in the privacy of his own classsroom he scolds and scolds and scolds?
yep after he left i was so pissed la can huimin and peilin thought i was erm crying which wasnt really, just that i was damn agitated :/
its not that i mind the scoldings you know, its just that he's scolding us for trivial matters which doesn't concern us. like if we were real rude or we are plain lazy we deserve a scolding but what have we done to deserve this? he was doing this just to be mean and vent his bad mood on us too. at least miss koh wasnt like this last time :/ though she's like 50 times fiercer than him , at least we know that she really cares about us. like last time after an outburst she will be like, class arh? am i very fierce arh? then she will go on explaining why she was so angry. he, he's just feeling extra pissed with something and chooses to pick on us to vent his frustration. damn hurting la okay all his stupid comments and everything, if he chooses to leave next year i won't mind a single bit.
complained alot to jesmine tan on the way home and she said her friend was erm super-amused by me haha right.
its weilao tomorrow and im not going to let him spoil my mood, so YAY : DD
