today is the last day of attachment!
i think everyone else is missing all their attachment people too :/
i'll miss the housekeeping people over at Somerset Orchard- Susie, who's strict but nice at the same time, Jaswir who is super sweet and who taught us how to make the bed on the first day, and Azzelina who taught me and vivian lots of stuff and was super sweet to us also <333 And all the aunties who are super cute and the technicians etc who will always talk to us when they see us. And the security guards that we see going in and out of the building who will always ask after us too! People treat us so well even though we are only on attachment :DD
Today morning we slacked! Just like the first day. Because we finished our work well! Hurr. Followed Susie around the building and she brought us to alot of rooms again, and we also went to the residents' lounge and did amazing stuff there! (vivian and i were sworn to secrecy! no no cannot tell anyone what we did. woohoo!) We left around twelve after giving them our present- a wooden sign from daiso that we decorated, specially for the housekeeping people! We said our last goodbyes to everyone in that lovely place and promised to see them again. If we have the chance too I want to go back and see all the nice people again! <3
After that me and Vivian had a super hard time returning to Liang Court ): We missed bus stops and had to walk and we forgot to take the cactus that we brought to Liang Court. So depressing! But we found Liang Court eventually and bought new cactus. Hurrhurr. We sat around at the Korean-Japanese supermarket downstairs watching Japanese Doraemon (HAHA) and then went up to the office afterwards. Paul said that we would be getting homemade lunch at 1.30pm (!) but in the end we ended up at Hooters which has nice food but waitresses in really gross uniforms. Haha and we said that it was Paul who chose the place. HAHA. And after that they said we were going back up to the residents' lounge at Somerset Liang Court for a test. HURR something was up.
Then Wendy the intern with them came over and told us they were having surprise for Mary (HR manager!), cos it was her birthday today! But she wasn't there yet so we had a short sharing session thing and said stuff about what we learnt. Then after that they set up the projector etc and said they were having test! So here came surprise #1: They made a photoshow for us of all the pictures that we took. SO NICE LA :D <3333 And Surprise #2 was Mary's birthday celebration and we were super enthu and pretended to watch the photoshow again while waiting for her to come. Then Surprise #3 was actually to watch Just Follow Law which was also about working life, especially in an office, but the thing couldn't work ): Hurr.
We went back to the office and slacked around and gave presents and had our last drink at the free vending machine! Haha. And they showed us some stuff like the photoshow they did for the Changkat Changi people. Then afterwards we stayed a little while more and really said our goodbyes. Our tokens of appreciation were rather crappy cos of lots of miscommunication ):
I <3 the people at Ascott Management lots too! Paul, Mary, Linda, Wendy, Jiahui! They treated us super nicely and super well and brought us to lots of nice places. Wendy and Jiahui always camwhore with us too. HAHA. And today while we were going home me viv and HH saw Wendy at dhoby! HURR.
After leaving Liang Court ): we went to PS and got stuff at Daiso and ate and we ended up talking and talking and we moved to the MRT station where we talked until about 9. HAHA. I love the 4 levels that were there today! We traced back to our past and we talked about alot of stuff and after the talking session i think we really reflected alot <3333333 i <3333333333333333 you guys to the cooooooore!
Met my brother at Northpoint and came home!
Lots of stuff to do!
JOB ATTACHMENT WAS FUN <3. AND NICE. PEOPLE AT ASCOTT ARE LOVE AND 4 LEVELS THERE ARE LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE.
