I had no idea that this will be aired during the Kohaku for 2008-2009 until I came across it by chance! A tribute to the legendary Miyazaki :D Seriously he is like the equivalent of Walt Disney, except that what he does is always like infused with this sense of wonder, surreality and truly amazing music. Miyazaki > Disney in my opinion even though I love Disney too! Everytime I see Totoro I just get so nostalgic and it has already become this very vivid point in my childhood, it was just one of those movies that inspire you and leave you with them forever :D I want to watch ponyo ponyo soon! THE GIRL WHO SANG IT IS CUTEEE.
