Oh Jesus, I love you
And I love Buddha too
Ramakrishna, Guru Dev
Tao Te Ching and Mohammed
Why do some people say
There there is just one way
To love you God and come to you
We are all a part of you
You are un-nameable
You are unknowable
All we have is metaphor
That's what time and space are for
Is the universe your thought
You are and you are not
You are many, You are one
Ever ending, just begun
Alright, alright, alright
I love you and Buddha too

This is so RIGHT. Its exactly what I've always thought, just that I've never been able to put across my opinions about religion accurately. I'm not exactly atheist, because I believe in a higher power, but just that when it comes down to the specifics of exactly what name, what story, festivals and traditions, I'm stumped. Wouldn't the world be a much nicer place to live in if everyone thought this way as well? Religion is supposed to bring people together, not divide them ):
Some of my other beliefs are that when you die, you don't really have a soul anymore and you don't feel anything afterward. Its really like entering a really deep sleep and you don't have any conscious experiences, even spiritual ones, anymore. And also that parallel universes maybe do exist, so when you get deja vu or have dreams you're actually experiencing a connection with yourself in this other parallel universe. It may not be very substantial, but there is just SOMETHING out there, you know? (:
On a side note, I have AMAZING spending power. Its kind of scary, actually.
