NOOOO. The evil authorities do not deign to extend our school holidays by one measly week despite the major threat of a multitude of students returning from all parts of the world and having sky-rocketing risks of infecting everybody with H1N1. To think that I was keeping my hopes so high today. Then I logged on to CNA and then they posted the headlines super damn big.
Rah. Must abstain from the computer for the next days of the week or else really GG. And today we were all happily discussing the postponement of blocks with Miss Kumar when we went back for PW, and she was like saying that we will sure postpone because singapore govt is so paranoid and the school is also so paranoid. They're trying to prove a point or something here by making us go back to school as usual....
Hmmm. But anyway that isn't the main point la. I've really had enough of talking about academics and stuff. Haha. I stayed back in school to study at the admin block area and it was really nice. I used to always grudgingly feel like I'm still not used to HC, that SN will always be the only place for me because its the only place I can really feel at home but actually over the past few weeks, walking around school and doing things, I've actually started to become familiar, to grow emotionally attached to specific parts and places of the school, to feel very comfortable at some places. Which is good I guess, cos that's where I'll be spending more and more time over the next few months. SN is always irreplacable, that's confirmed. But its a nice change of atmosphere now too. I love the B block especially. Every single part of that place is so significant because that's where I've been spending so much time in the initial few months, seeing different groups of people occcupy different places. And recently the LEP room area and the huisuo too. I like this kind of feeling (:
Yay routine is slowly coming back. I hope it sustains itself. JIAYOU
