living a hobo lifestyle recently! somehow the whole of last week there was so much cip stuff happening though I didn't really plan for it, the stuff just cropped up and got roped in by random people like jesmine and zhenping. I hate the whole system of collecting cip hours because people tend to look at you like you're doing community service just for the sake of laying out a pretty resume when there are actually quite a lot of people who find it interesting or eye-opening at the same time, or something worthwhile to spend a little time on. Kettling sounds funny but it actually let us see so many people and different kinds of attitudes through all the people-watching and brief interaction with strangers. Same with scoop troupe as well. Hurr scoop troupe was quite fun though we fail quite terribly at singing like professional carollers. Gelato :D
yeah then amidst all these stuff, plus qunxiong and wumei meetings and going out with people like zhiwei and the 6 harmony girls and idk what else there was hardly any time to sit down at a proper place to eat so ended up eating lots of random stuff at random spots! Like when jesmine and i bought bubble tea at sweet talk then went to sit near the pasar malam with ramly burger, or eating chicken rice at a playground with scoop troupe people, then picnicking at marina barrage plus meeting up with mingee and having no money to afford anything but sushi so we just sat at the esplandade waterfront and random talk. Quite fun actually :D Can eat nice stuff while saving up on all the cost for service and environment lalala.
Didn't do much today (actually doesn't that go for everyday as well haha); just a short meeting in the morning then later we met the person doing the music for the ju. haha I hope it turns out well! got so many pro people helping us a little intimidated actually. hurr. but nice all the same la its fun just doing random things in the lep and somehow or another we always find ways to entertain ourselves. shingz stab stab haha :D I always laugh at meetings cos got a lot of weird people around :D Oh and yesterday went with family to jurong bird park for my mum's company family outing and it was quite fun actually. got this very nice events room overlooking the flamingo lake and quite a lot of cute stuff to see like penguins :D plus their bird show is like super cool. quite proud of singapore's attractions actually. man-made luh but they really made an effort to conserve natural habitats and spread the environmental message you know? :D and took many many photos again. especially since my brother brought his dslr along and my mum spammed pictures as usual. feel like going night safari! :D
okay. i shall allow myself to watch one epi of mei-chan no shitsuji. Ohman hearing gekyong and rouying talk so excitedly about hiro mizushima in the show made me infected as well! math another day luh :D at least I was kind of productive today went to run and then tried out kimchi and potato pancakes! shall be a domestic goddess in a few years time ((: Okay promise to stop being lazy shall do work this week!
