weekends always leave me feeling so much more productive and busy then all the sian days of the week. moved around a lot today, from school to west coast and then going to nlb where I bumped into heeai and jocelyn! :D haha. nice to see familiar people unexpectedly. I was thinking I'll see hc people what with all the mad rushing to research for papers but seeing them was a bonus. yay. Haha they are so naive and dumb (in a cute way ok!) it is amusing. Then later went dinner and trained home!
been thinking about some things lately, like future plans and career paths and stuff and I'm really set on not chasing after economic success as a measure of achievement. I know people say things like how being a doctor/lawyer/engineer/accountant will earn you more money, or doing things in the financial sector, but is making big bucks a true indicator of success? Aren't we all just falling victim to materialism and consumerism anyway. I really want to move forward towards something that will make me happy. That's the plan for now anyway :D
